Am I being unreasonable?

I planned a trip next week to Chicago for my boyfriend and I. One of the motivating factors to get him to go (b.c he hates to travel) was that his good friend lives out there and we could hang out with him. We are going to six flags and a cubs game with him. We are only going to be there for 3 1/2 days. I made it clear from the begininning that I wanted to go to a play and a nice dinner while we were there. Now, yesterday he comes home and tells me that his friend has taken everyday off work while we are there so he can hang out with us. When I expressed that I didn't want to spend every minute with his friend and I wanted to do things alone with him he got mad and we got into a big fight. He told me that he thought HE was going out there to hang out with his friend. I even told him 2 weeks ago that I did not want to do everything with his friend and now he's mad b/c I don't want his friend to go to the play with us and dinner (we havve reservation at a very romantic restaurant.)Am I being unreasonable?
No, you're not being unreasonable. From what it sounds like, you're boyfriend is immature at times and doesn't really respect you like he should. You go through all the trouble of planning the trip...why on earth would he even THINK for one second that you are planning it just so he can go hang out with his friend??? That's retarded.
