What's the best restaurant in Chicago?

I'm here for 3 weeks and I love great food. Chinese, Italian, Steaks, whatever, just throw it out there and I'll go to as many as possible. What's the best restaurant in Chicago?
Matsuya.

It is an AWESOME Japanese restaurant!!

Lots of people go there, the location is great, and the food is to die for.

It is right by Wrigley Field, so you can get a full meal, and go around to a bar and party!

3469 N Clark St
Peruvian Restaurant "Ay Ay Picante" this is the place to go. Peruvian has been influence by cultures (japan, Asia, Italy, Spain, France) therefor they have a vast of different types of dishes, check the site on line or check the reviews. You wont be disappointed.
