My guy and I are going to see Luray Cavern this weekend. Any of you have any advice on where to stay, and what about Woodstock Va? We want to see Skyline Drive, ride horses, etc. and are not expecting nightlife but would like to eat decently when we get in after a day of nature and don't want to be off the map for the Caverns, etc.
The resorts in Shen Valley seem hard to get into- are they worth it? Anyone been this time of year?
Any advice on where to stay for beauty etc is greatly appreciated.
