Unusual place to get married?

I'm trying to figure out a good, unique wedding location. I'd love to be married in Luray Caverns because of the stalacpipe organ and then have the wedding reception in the middle of the garden maze.

Do you think a cavern would be too dark and dreary for a wedding?

Do you think a giant outdoor garden maze would be good for a reception with karaoke (electrical equipment and all)?Unusual place to get married?
I would say no to the maze, just because of the reason that you listed. However I think a cavern would be a very unique and interesting place to do it! Yes it will be dark, but that would be part of the charm. I think the mood would be a cozy one.
if its possible try getting married on a plane xD how cool would that be haha getting married 40,000 thousand feetUnusual place to get married?
i think if you're going to have the wedding in a cavern, you should decorate it with a lot of lights (like white fairy lights) over the walls and stalactites and stalagmites.

you should also have some glowing ornaments sitting around, so the place looks romantic and beautiful.

wherever you decide to have it, i'm sure it will be amazing.

congratulations =)
Rent a yatch, get married in the middle of the water, dance the night away and serve cocktails!

That would definitly be my dream!
idk anything about romance...but a highly unusual place to get married is in a cemetary.

(im not sayin get married there)

good luck!
I know they do weddings in Howe Caverns. I would imagine you probably couldn't decorate the place though. Enjoy the natural surroundings!

As for the reception in a maze, you'd have to find out how to get the electricity in there. If there is no electricity that will limit your options. You could have an accoustic band play and have a day time reception...

Personally, my husband and I considered having our wedding at an aquarium. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for our budget, so we settled for a lakeside venue.

I always thought it would be cool (all puns intended) to get married in an ice hotel. I know there's the most famous one in Sweden, but I believe there's also one up in Canada.
