How do these young people able to live in such nice apartments?

I live in Chicago and I am sure it goes on else where. I see these young people with such beautiful apartments. High rise in down town too. And all they do is work at starbucks. And they still manage to get very nice cloth and eat at great restaurants and go to school at the same time.



What is the secret?? When I ask, they told me they work at startbucks and their other 2 roommates have a job. REALLY? Does starbucks really pay that well? Or the other clothing stores around town and they only work 20 hours a week.How do these young people able to live in such nice apartments?

Here's the truth: Most of them, about 60%, are living far..far beyond their means because they didn't get an education about how credit works and they are eventually going to get f***ed.

The rest are either trust funders or have rich parents.
I'm guessing their parents might pay for a lot of things that they don't think about, like car insurance and maintenance (or maybe they don't even have cars). When your only major expenses are Food, utilities, and rent, it's probably not hard at all.How do these young people able to live in such nice apartments?
They could be splitting the rent but yes i know what your talking about! Even out here in calif i see college kids who live in $1500 a month apts??? I'm wondering if the school pays for them or scholarship or something.
Probably either rich parents or soul-crushing debts from trying to keep up with the Joneses.
