If you search online for Eastern Caribbean cruise excursions you will find several sites that offer the excursions. You may want to look into the companies and make sure they are legitimate.

Just be really careful, there are a lot of benefits to booking the excursions with actual cruise line. While you may be able to save a little money, you may find yourself in a mess later. For example, the cruise lines work with the companies that offer their excursions. Let's say you are running late on the excursion, the ship will wait for their company. But, if you book with an independent company and are running late, the ship may have to leave.

Also, you can ask your travel agent for recommendations. They may have some companies that they recommend. But, a lot of travel agents don't recommend booking independently just because of the potential risks.
If you need to know what excursions will be offered from your cruise ship, just go to the Royal CAribbean web site, select you ship, then select the ports it will stop in, click on each port and it will list the tours offered.

If youwant to do tour independent of the cruise ship, then do a google search of tour operators in that city/port, i.e., just go to www.google.com and enter St Thomas, VI tour companies, or St Martin Tour companies, or San Juan tour companies.

Here's one for Barbados:

I don't know where you are going but this is a start and all you need to do is click on the links for tours or transportation.
