Does anyone have any information on the desktop publisher position on cruise ships?

I've had 3 months working on RCCL Independence of the Seas and I would like to be back on cruise ships. My background is in Graphic Design and I am looking for a desktop publishing position. I think it might be helpful for you to apply to work in the department that publishes the menu, daily news, and daily program stuff -- something in passenger services or purser's office? I can't imagine it would be a full time job, though, and suspect it is combined with other duties on the ship.Does anyone have any information on the desktop publisher position on cruise ships?
