Well, im currently trying to lose 10 pounds and about to go to chicago for two weeks. I know there is going to be a lot of take out and restaurants. how in the world can i stay on track with my diet?How to stay healthy on vacation?

there is generally something healthy on the menu everywhere. so order that every time. and then treat yourself to one unhealthy meal a week. say " okay, if I order this health food today and every day, I'll treat myself to a steak at the end of the week. "How to stay healthy on vacation?
Moderation! Keep your portions small. If they are super large - don't eat everything. Or try to share a plate with someone. You may not loose weight, but you probably won't gain any.
